Hand-painted on the Waves form on smooth surface, this handsome new equine pattern was designed in 2000-2001 in collaboration with L.V. Harkness & Company and presented exclusively to L.V. Harkness in 2001 by Meissen. Twelve place settings reside proudly in the Kentucky Governor’s mansion.
