No fabulous beast from the Middle Kingdom is as mysterious and fascinating as the dragon. As well as being regarded as a bringer of luck, it is also the symbolic companion of the Emperor for thousands of years. In Chinese mythology, the dragon is capable of assuming many different forms and of even becoming invisible.
